About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Night Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for assisting management during the night and ensuring the smooth running of the hotel.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist management during the night and maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times
  • Answer phones, sort out requests and anything that might arise, involving the team as needed
  • Ensure the integrity of public and back-of-house areas are maintained at all times, with deficiencies corrected immediately
  • Carry out night audit procedures accurately, reporting any discrepancies and ensuring quick resolution
  • Ensure the safety of guests overnight while they are asleep
The Ideal Candidate
