We are seeking an exceptional Chief Marketing Officer to lead our marketing strategy, drive growth, and elevate our brand presence.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with our business objectives. This will involve managing a small but growing marketing team, overseeing various marketing activities, and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the marketing team, focusing on high-performance, creativity, and professional development.
  • Develop and deliver the overall marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and commercial priorities.
  • Take ownership of stakeholder engagement, working closely with partners, directors, and senior leaders to ensure marketing supports strategic priorities.
  • Oversee a wide range of marketing activities including brand development, digital campaigns, content marketing, events, PR, and internal communications.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in a broad marketing role, ideally within professional services or a B2B environment.
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring marketing teams.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate with credibility at all levels.
  • Strong track record of delivering multi-channel campaigns that drive growth and enhance brand visibility.
