Key Responsibilities

As a Graduate Sales & Business Management Trainee, your role will include:

  • Completing a programme of professional sales training to equip you with the tools and skills needed to thrive in a successful sales career.
  • Building strong relationships with and delivering excellent customer service to new and existing B2B clients.
  • Managing current sales accounts, spotting opportunities for growth, and maximising profitability.
  • Progressing quickly to Area Sales Manager level with salary increases and a company car.

This experience should prepare you for a business management position, becoming your own boss and responsible for running your own operation.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should be:

  • A well-presented, sales-focused graduate ideally with some sales or customer service experience.
  • An excellent communicator and networker.
  • Tenacious, driven, and money-motivated.
  • Able to build strong relationships with a wide variety of people.
  • In possession of a driving licence.
