Job Title: Equipment Maintenance Specialist

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the efficient repair and maintenance of devices returned to our workshop by customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers, field service engineers, clinical support teams, and sales personnel.
  • Participate in internal and manufacturer-sponsored training programs, which may require annual travel abroad.
  • Foster effective communication with suppliers to resolve issues or report incidents requiring manufacturer input.
  • Manage inventory levels and perform administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with the workshop team to complete assigned tasks, adhere to established processes, and recommended procedures from the original equipment manufacturer.
  • Ensure all activities are accurately documented on our Service Management system.

To excel in this position, candidates should possess a third-level qualification in biomedical engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, or applied science.
