Equipment Maintenance Specialist

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the efficient repair and maintenance of devices returned to our workshop by customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to customers, field service engineers, clinical support teams, and sales personnel.
- Participate in internal and manufacturer-sponsored training programs, which may require annual travel abroad.
- Foster effective communication with suppliers to resolve issues or report incidents requiring manufacturer input.
- Manage inventory levels and perform administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with the workshop team to complete assigned tasks, adhere to established processes, and recommended procedures from the original equipment manufacturer.
- Ensure all activities are accurately documented on our Service Management system.
To excel in this position, candidates should possess a third-level qualification in biomedical engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, or applied science.
