Service Engineer Job Description

As a professional in equipment maintenance and technical support, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer experiences by providing installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance services on Tetra Pak processing equipment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, commission, and perform preventive maintenance on Tetra Pak processing equipment to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Execute hands-on preventative and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment efficiency.
  • Perform troubleshooting and fault-finding services on-site and remotely to resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Liaise with customers to establish and maintain a positive relationship, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Conduct production supervision and training of customer personnel on processing equipment to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Technical educational background and relevant Tetra Pak technical experience for at least 3 years.
  • Work experience in mechanical maintenance tasks on processing or liquid food equipment.
  • Separator, Homogeniser, and Valve and Pump knowledge.
  • Experience in the food industry and/or cheese production is beneficial.
