Equipment Maintenance Specialist

This role manages equipment maintenance and repair at our facilities. Our Senior Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular equipment maintenance and repairs as scheduled or as needed.
- Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production managers to resolve equipment-related issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external contractors and suppliers.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical, electrical engineering).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven knowledge of CMMS and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
