About the Project Manager Role

This position involves leading and managing key projects, overseeing all aspects of project execution, including planning, budgeting, resource management, and timely delivery of project milestones. The successful candidate will act as the central point of contact between various departments, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and seamless project integration into the overall operational framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and deliverables, to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Manage project scope, change requests, and ensure all project requirements are met to minimize delays and cost overruns.
  • Coordinate with department leads to secure technical, operational, and engineering resources as required to ensure timely project completion.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth project execution, including regular project meetings and effective communication between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize potential issues and ensure prompt resolution.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, with 5+ years of project management experience in a heavy-engineering, Construction or modular build environment. Project Management Certification is highly desirable.

The candidate should have proven experience in managing fixed-term projects, including scope, time, cost, and resource management, as well as experience with risk management and quality assurance in a construction, manufacturing, or engineering environment.
