Research Engineer Opportunity

Are you an aspiring engineer looking to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical setting? We have an exciting opportunity for a Research Engineer to join our team.

Job Description:

  • Perform testing on medical device products and components using automated, semi-automated and manual methods.
  • Follow test request protocols and report through mainly written but also verbally on the results of the tests.
  • Evaluate variable data and understand and articulate attributes of product and component performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Currently completing an Irish or Northern Irish university qualification in Engineering courses including Mechanical Engineering and Biomedical Engineering.
  • Have very good visual acuity and demonstrate fine motor skills, as well as observe and correct minute inconsistencies.
  • Must be able to analyze and correct complex testing and/or systems issues of a broad scope using independent judgment.
