Maintenance Assistant Job
Job RoleOur Maintenance Assistants are responsible for managing daily workload effectively, utilizing resources for painting, decorating, and gardening tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including preventative routines in tiling, plumbing, and carpentry.
- Investigate and resolve equipment issues and control system malfunctions.
- Assist plumbers and electricians with hotel systems defects.
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure all maintenance work meets professional standards and complies with health and safety regulations.
To excel in this role, you will need to have:
- Previous hospitality experience is highly desirable.
- A valid Safe Pass certification is a plus.
- Qualifications in trades such as painting, plumbing, or construction are an asset.
- Self-motivation and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail and adherence to high standards.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility in working hours is essential.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
