Job Opportunity:

Event Coordinator Role

This position presents a great chance for a seasoned event professional to lead on both in-person and virtual events, leveraging their expertise to create memorable experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage various events and webinars for different departments across the organization, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Contribute to event communications by drafting, editing, reviewing, and disseminating relevant information to ensure consistency and clarity.
  • Coordinate closely with Manager to guarantee high-quality events that meet expectations.
  • Forge strong relationships with external vendors and partners to enhance collaboration and mutual benefit.
  • Maintain accurate records of client attendance data within the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with the larger marketing team on branding, content creation, promotion, and social media engagement to foster cohesion and alignment.
  • Support budget management for all events, working efficiently to optimize resources and minimize costs.
  • Identify new opportunities for events, guest speakers, and cutting-edge technologies, continuously seeking innovative solutions to improve the event experience.
  • Provide regular updates to the wider Marketing Team and Senior Management within the organization, facilitating open communication and informed decision-making.
  • Offer assistance with other duties as required, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to teamwork.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in events management, preferably within a corporate setting, with a proven track record of delivering complex events with excellence.
  • Exceptional ability to design and execute engaging events, including both virtual and in-person formats.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with attention to detail and accuracy, to effectively convey ideas and results.
  • Organized and flexible mindset when supporting multiple projects, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
