About the Role:

This position requires a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Leader who can oversee the kitchen operations, manage staff, and ensure seamless delivery of high-quality dishes to our discerning guests. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in senior culinary roles, preferably within a fast-paced environment. They will also have a deep understanding of menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  2. Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring consistency in food quality, presentation, and timeliness.">
  3. Develop and implement daily/weekly menus that showcase creativity and adhere to seasonal ingredient availability.">
  4. Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely deliveries.">
  5. Conduct regular stock takes, monitor inventory levels, and optimize ordering procedures to minimize waste and excess.">
  6. Ensure all HACCP documentation is up-to-date, and staff comply with relevant regulations and protocols.">
  7. Mentor junior staff members, providing guidance on cooking techniques, kitchen safety, and productivity enhancement strategies.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:
