Electrical Package Manager Job Description

As an Electrical Package Manager, you will lead the delivery of electrical packages on major projects. This role involves managing subcontractors, overseeing delivery schedules, and acting as a key point of contact for clients.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing electrical packages, ideally with exposure to MV, LV, and controls. They will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors and site teams to ensure programme and specification compliance, preparing accurate project progress reports, and maintaining strong client engagement.

You will also be responsible for reviewing electrical drawings, identifying risks, and resolving coordination issues with other packages, monitoring budgets and resources, and leading progress meetings with clients and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a degree or qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. They will have significant experience in managing electrical packages, ideally with exposure to MV, LV, and controls.
