Process Scientist Role

The manufacturing and technology department is seeking an experienced process scientist to support new product introductions, technology transfers, and process validation activities.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing technical support for manufacturing process activities, investigating and resolving process deviations, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Support the development and implementation of upstream and downstream processes, including protocols, reports, and SOPs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate process performance and implement process improvements.
  • Participate in regulatory inspections and provide subject matter expertise on cGMP compliance and site requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Biochemistry, Chemistry, Process Engineering).
  • At least 3 years' experience in bioprocess development with project exposure to new product introductions or tech-transfers.
  • Proven track record of supporting large-scale manufacturing operations and cGMP and US/EU regulations.
  • Knowledge of quality systems, Quality by Design, validation principles, and engineering design fundamentals.
