As a strategic planner, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop detailed project plans that are realistic and achievable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create comprehensive project programs using industry-leading software such as MS Project & Primavera or Asta Powerproject
  • Analyze project scope and break it down into manageable tasks, identifying key milestones and critical path
  • Collaborate with design teams, consultants and stakeholders to develop coordinated project plans
  • Identify and communicate potential risks, constraints and opportunities to ensure project success
  • Conduct scenario analysis and modeling to support informed decision making
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress in accordance with quality assurance procedures

To excel in this role, you will require a relevant degree or diploma in engineering or a related field, along with proven experience in planning roles within the construction industry. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing and lead times is essential, as well as excellent communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
