Hotel Operations Director

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy hotel.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of staff, coordinating health and safety protocols, and working closely with the finance team to develop annual budgets and target proposals.

About the Job:- Manage a team of 80+ staff members, including HODs and other department heads.
- Assume full responsibility for the property's day-to-day operations, including sales, food and beverage, and events.
- Work closely with the finance team to develop and implement annual budgets and target proposals.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as an Operations Manager in a similar hotel setting.
- Strong knowledge of all hotel departments, with a focus on food and beverage, sales, and events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Coordinate health and safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Manage bi-weekly sales, HOD, and Food & Beverage Meetings as well as daily planning meetings.
- Work with the management team to develop and implement the hotel's HACCP plan.
