Operations Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Lead to oversee the day-to-day activities of our 4* property and team of up to 35-40 staff.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Assume full responsibility for the hotel's operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services and high-quality guest experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Lead daily planning meetings, bi-weekly sales meetings, and coordinate Health & Safety agenda.
  • Cultivate a positive work environment, promoting employee engagement, motivation, and retention.

Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience in hotel operations or a related field, preferably in a busy 3*/4* hotel property.
  • Demonstrated expertise in hotel departments, including food & beverage, sales & events, and industry innovations.
  • A proven track record of achieving results and targets, driving business growth, and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel financials, front office systems, and HACCP protocols.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
