Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume full responsibility for the property and its day-to-day operations.">
  • Work closely with the finance team on budgeting and forecasting.">
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.">
  • Manage a team of staff members to ensure seamless delivery of services.">
  • Coordinate health and safety initiatives within the property.">
  • Drive sales initiatives within the property in conjunction with the sales team.">
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).">
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.">

Requirements:

Must have 2 years' experience as an Operations Manager within a busy hotel property.

Must have a strong knowledge of all departments within the hotel, including food and beverage, sales, and events.
