Collaborative Work Environment- Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements, use cases, and business metrics.
- Work with data engineers to set up data pipelines and prepare data sets for model building.
- Partner with business domain experts to understand data and create features for model training.
- Design, build, and evaluate machine learning models.
- Communicate and explain models to business partners to secure adoption.
- 10+ years of industry experience in machine learning.
- Strong experience with machine learning tools, libraries, and frameworks such as scikit-learn, pandas, numpy, PyTorch, and MLlib.
- Excellent knowledge of major machine learning algorithms, including statistical regression and deep learning.
- Proven experience in training and evaluating ML models with proper pipelines and metrics.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SQL and various database technologies.
Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
