Email Marketing Specialist

We're seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive the growth of our email marketing channel.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the entire email campaign process from initial briefing through to build, QA, and send while developing strategies for future growth.
- Lead the day-to-day execution of email marketing campaigns across multiple brands.
- Oversee the global email and marketing automation program for one brand, establishing best practices and supporting local teams.
- Design automated customer journeys (e.g., welcome, reactivation, post-purchase) based on performance and business needs.
- Lifecycle marketing expert with 5+ years in email and marketing automation, preferably in a direct-to-consumer or luxury brand context.
- Proficient in tools like Salesforce, Adobe, Braze, or Shopify Automations and capable of orchestrating multi-step journeys.
- Data-driven and detail-oriented, able to translate numbers into narratives and ideas into action.
- A natural collaborator who excels in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills and a growth mindset.
