Senior Email Marketing Automation Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Journey Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating engaging customer experiences through strategic email marketing and automation.
- Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns across multiple brands, ensuring timely and relevant messages that build stronger relationships and drive business growth.
- Own the global email and marketing automation program for one brand, setting best practices and supporting local teams in their execution.
- Build, test, and launch campaigns in our email platform, managing creative assets, audience segmentation, scheduling, and QA.
- Plan automated customer journeys (e.g., welcome, reactivation, post-purchase), adjusting based on performance and business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on content, timing, and goals, contributing to channel strategy by analyzing results, identifying opportunities, and suggesting improvements.
This role requires a data-driven and detail-oriented individual with experience in email and marketing automation, preferably in a direct-to-consumer or luxury brand context. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, have strong communication skills, and a growth mindset.
Requirements:- 5+ years of experience in email and marketing automation
- Lifecycle marketing expertise
