Job Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled professional to drive innovation in our automation test strategy and framework. As a key member of our team, you'll partner with cross-functional groups to identify and incorporate customer needs into testing strategies and feature designs.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain an evolving automation test strategy and framework that aligns with business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with Product Management, User Experience, and Engineering teams to integrate customer feedback into testing strategies and feature designs.
  3. Communicate the impact of critical issues on customers to the development team(s) and advocate for resolution.
  4. Evaluate new technologies in the AI/ML space and consider integrations or collaborations upstream.
  5. Lead technical initiatives that enhance, improve, and scale existing processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a Software Quality Engineer, Software Development Engineer in Test, DevOps Engineer, or similar role.
  • Advanced scripting and automation skills in Python and Bash.
  • Experience testing distributed and containerized environments.
  • Expertise in implementing scalable automation frameworks in collaboration with Software, DevOps, and Release Engineers.
  • Proficiency in creating automation for GitHub using continuous integration tools.
