Hotel Night Porter Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled night porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hotel operations and be able to work independently.

Job Description
  • Responsible for the supervision of the hotel overnight following handover from the late duty manager.
  • Perform general night porter duties, including reception duties, cleaning duties, and general porter duties.
  • Set up conference/function rooms as required.
  • Provide assistance to the food and beverage department as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a night porter in a 3- or 4-star property.
  • Previous experience working with a front office system is desirable.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent customer care skills.
  • Strong knowledge of fire safety and health and safety regulations.
  • Availability to work the hours required.
