Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Manager to lead our warehouse and distribution activities. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our distribution centre, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely order fulfilment.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of inventory control and order fulfilment processes, with proven experience in team leadership responsibilities. They will be responsible for liaising with customers and sales representatives, promoting products to existing clients, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day distribution centre operations for accuracy, efficiency, and timely order fulfilment.
- Liaise with customers and sales representatives to maintain satisfaction and provide dedicated after-sales support.
- Promote products to existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
- Coordinate, process, and monitor incoming orders, ensuring quality and accuracy from receipt through to shipment.
- Proven experience in warehouse and operations management (ideally with team leadership responsibilities).
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and order fulfilment processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with customers, sales reps, and team members.
