Operations Supervisor Job

This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities, including managing staff, maintaining equipment and facilities, and resolving operational issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operational Management: Oversee and manage the daily operations of the location, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  2. Staff Supervision: Supervise the activities of customer-facing and operational staff to ensure productivity and address any performance issues.
  3. Problem-Solving: Identify and address operational challenges or areas for improvement, implementing solutions to enhance operational performance.
  4. Customer Satisfaction: Monitor and drive customer satisfaction (NPS scores) by ensuring all staff uphold customer service standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking: Proficient in using analytical thinking to improve operational performance.
  2. Time Management and Multi-Tasking: Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with reporting tools like Qlikview.
  4. Driving License: Full Category B driving license for at least 2 years.
  5. Linguistic Skills: Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  6. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to health and safety.
