Job Title: Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Supervisor to join our team.

  • Maintain standard operating procedures in all areas of the location.
  • Lead day-to-day operations and resolve operational issues.
  • Manage fleet cars/vans, upgrades, and space planning.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance and terms.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction (NPS scores).
  • Manage daily operations for Sharebox & D2C bookings.

This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage staff performance. You will be responsible for:

  • Supervising staff absence and return to work.
  • Conducting compliance audits across departments.
  • Coordinating with the fleet and logistics manager.
  • Identifying operational challenges and areas for improvement.
