Operations Management Expert

We are seeking an experienced Operations Lead to manage and optimise the day-to-day operations of our Finance and HR functions.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience managing remote teams and deliverables, ensuring performance and operational targets are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop the Finance and HR teams, providing clear operational direction, setting goals, and monitoring performance.
  • Oversee daily operations across Finance and HR, including budget preparation and management, financial reporting and controls focusing on KPI's, compensation and benefits, compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Ensure team deliverables are achieved on time and to standard, with a proven ability to manage remote and hybrid team operations effectively.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Prepare and present operational reports to senior management, offering practical insights and recommendations.
  • Manage compliance activities across Finance and HR, ensuring alignment with internal policies and country obligations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operational support for business initiatives.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 5 years' operational and line management experience, ideally within Finance, HR, or business operations functions.
  • Proven experience managing remote and hybrid teams, with a focus on deliverables, productivity, and operational performance.
  • Strong track record in operational process delivery, people management, and reporting.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise, multitask, and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with quarterly international travel.
