Job Title: Renewable Energy Sales Manager

We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable professional to join our team at the forefront of Ireland's energy transition.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional with a solid background in residential or commercial retrofitting and a passion for sustainability.

  • The successful candidate will lead the sales process from lead generation through to project completion, offering expert advice on energy efficiency solutions including insulation, solar PV, heat pumps, and EV chargers.
  • A strong understanding of SEAI retrofit grants, BER assessments, and relevant construction practices is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients interested in home energy upgrades and renewable energy solutions.
  • Advise homeowners, businesses, and partners on the SEAI grant process, project timelines, technical upgrade options, and financial implications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, architects, and local authorities to drive business development.
  • Conduct site or virtual consultations to assess energy needs and recommend tailored retrofit solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal technical, design, and compliance teams to ensure projects meet SEAI guidelines, are accurately scoped, and delivered efficiently.
  • Prepare and present clear, persuasive proposals outlining upgrade options, payback periods, and ROI.
  • Stay up to date with changes in SEAI schemes, building regulations, and the wider renewable energy landscape.
  • Oversee contracts and negotiations, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
  • Track all leads, sales activities, and project progress using CRM software.
  • Contribute to post-sales client support and long-term relationship management to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Support the development of marketing strategies and promotional initiatives.
