The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Partner Operations Analyst to join our global team. This individual will play a critical role in optimizing partner operations, spearheading strategic insights, and enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in partner operations, sales operations, or a related role ideally within SaaS/MarTech. They'll possess expertise in sales analytics, forecasting, and performance reporting, as well as experience supporting EMEA and APAC markets. Solid proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Tableau for data visualisation and reporting is essential. The successful candidate will also require remarkable analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize partner operations to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and manage sales analytics dashboards and forecasting models.
  • Collaborate with partner managers, sales teams, and cross-functional departments.
  • Implement scalable processes and best practices to enhance partner management and reporting.

Requirements

We're looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in digital marketing software, sales, or partner operations. You should possess expertise in sales analytics, forecasting, and performance reporting, as well as experience supporting EMEA and APAC markets. Solid proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Tableau for data visualisation and reporting is essential. Additionally, you'll require exemplary communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate successfully with global teams and partners.
