Senior Credit Operations Manager

A skilled professional is required to manage the entire debtors function, ensuring smooth and efficient records and billing processes.
- Oversee the entire invoicing cycle, including inputting invoices into Sage 50, issuing monthly statements, and coordinating dispatch.
- Perform daily, weekly, and month-end reconciliations.
- Drive collections via telephone and email to meet credit terms and targets.
- Monitor and reduce debtor days, producing daily credit reports.
- Handle manual lodgements, resolve queries promptly, and facilitate payment.
- Collaborate with clients and engineers to resolve issues efficiently.
- Lead the weekly Debtors meeting with senior staff, providing updates and gathering feedback.
- Assist other areas of the Accounts department as needed.
- 3-4 years' experience in credit control, preferably in professional services or a similar industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented with strong numerical aptitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experienced with Sage 50 and Core time Project Management System (or similar).
