Job Title

A dynamic and experienced Front Office Manager is required to lead our professional reception team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing a team, providing excellent customer service and ensuring seamless operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 7 staff members, including reception and night porters.
  • Oversee the overall management of the Front Desk and Back office Administration.
  • Ensure guests receive exceptional customer service from the front desk at all times.
  • Review and compile Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Front Office Department.
  • Deliver staff training and development programs.
  • Manage hotel and third-party websites, including rates and availability.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team and Group Revenue Manager to manage group reservations.
  • Oversee debtors management and provide backup support to the reception team during lunch and holiday shifts.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role within a 3/4-star hotel is essential.
  • Excellent computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer care skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
  • Willingness to work a combination of shifts, including early and late hours.
