Key Roles and Responsibilities

">Job Description
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while identifying and prioritizing customer needs.
  • Drive sales of ancillary products to meet monthly targets using our service-based sales process.
  • Ensure all customer contact information is up-to-date, drivers' license details and other documentation are collected to protect company assets.
  • Process customer transactions efficiently to avoid wait times for clients.
  • Prepare fleet orders and communicate with other departments such as the garage team and returns department to maximize fleet availability for clients.
  • Accurately complete contract documentation with customers.
  • Inform customers of essential information, including car fuel type, road tolls, roadside assistance instructions, and vehicle return addresses.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Be responsible for own health and safety and that of work colleagues.
  • Perform additional ad-hoc duties as required.
