Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the IT Service Desk Manager to create a seamless IT Service Desk experience for end-users.
  • Streamline employee onboarding and device deployments.
  • Maintain and recommend improvements to macOS and Windows desktop environments.
  • Assist in developing support documentation.
  • Promote a collaborative team culture that encourages knowledge sharing.
  • Support existing IT services, including Okta Identity Platform, Google Workspace, Zoom, Trello, Slack, MS Office 365, Kandji MDM, Microsoft Intune, etc.
  • Install and maintain audio/visual equipment for conference rooms and large-scale meetings.
  • Assist with asset management and inventory tracking.
  • Maintain inventory closets and dispose of retired devices securely.
  • Support Compliance activities related to Information Security and Data Privacy.
  • Develop and report metrics for customer satisfaction, service performance, and areas for improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with end-users.
  • Lead and mentor the IT Service Desk Team.
