Procurement Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process from initial research to final delivery.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Identify and source innovative products that meet market needs, while ensuring quality standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform procurement decisions and optimize product offerings.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in purchasing or procurement, with a proven track record in category management and strategic sourcing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across various organizational levels.
  • Demonstrable track record of delivering to tight deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
