Aircraft Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Material Procurement Expert to provide expert procurement support in the aviation sector.

About the Role:

  • This is a key role responsible for sourcing and procuring aircraft components that meet operational requirements.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working with asset lessors, owners, and parts suppliers to develop a global supply chain of aircraft and engine part suppliers.
  • Key responsibilities include building and maintaining a comprehensive customer database, conducting research and analysis on asset values and market trends, and providing administrative and logistical support to sales activities.

What You Will Do:

  1. Sourcing and procuring aircraft and engine components from various suppliers.
  2. Managing relationships with asset lessors, owners, and parts suppliers to ensure timely delivery of components.
  3. Conducting research and analysis on asset values and market trends to inform procurement decisions.
  4. Providing administrative and logistical support to sales activities, including developing marketing materials and social media content.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years of experience buying and selling commercial aviation engine components.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and think critically to resolve complex issues.
