Day-Time Sous Chef Coffee Shop

This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who is looking for a daytime role with excellent work-life balance, while still working in a fast-paced and creative food environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head Chef with the daily management of the kitchen.
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to consistently high standards.
  • Supervise and motivate kitchen staff, ensuring smooth service during peak hours.
  • Support menu planning and contribute creative ideas for new dishes.
  • Maintain stock levels, order, and ensure proper food storage and rotation.
  • Adhere to HACCP, food safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up. Experience in a café, bistro, or high-volume casual dining setting is preferred.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie.
