Role Summary:

Senior Manager, Capital Reporting

This is a critical leadership position within the organization, responsible for overseeing and coordinating actuarial reporting processes.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of actuarial concepts, including Solvency II requirements, as well as excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate quarterly Solvency II actuarial reporting processes.
  • Develop and maintain quantitative reporting templates (QRTs) for Solvency II returns.
  • Lead a team of actuarial professionals to deliver on objectives and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Actuarial qualification with significant post-qualification experience in life insurance.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
