Responsibilities



Your key tasks and responsibilities are:
Lead the team responsible for interpretation of prudential and statistical regulatory reporting requirements for the Citco Banking Services Division; Maintain reporting requirements for six different jurisdictions; Support reporting changes implementation due to regulations changes through each of the Banks in the Citco Banking Services Division; Support setting up new regulatory reports, incl. set up of roles and responsibilities across Citco Banking Services Division, process flows and process descriptions, when applicable; Maintain daily monitoring metrics, align within the group and manage on an ongoing basispliance to the internal and regulatory limits; Maintainmunication with localpetent authorities in regards to reporting; Support and back up team in development of work instructions, training and support for the Regulatory Reporting team; Implement (as part of the team) Basel III requirements, as translated in local prudential frameworks in multiple jurisdictions, for all main risk types (credit, market, operational, liquidity risks, interest rate risk in the banking book, leverage ratio and large exposure); Monitor and update this framework with new consultations, guidelines, standards and regulations on an ongoing basis by performing a detailed review and impact analysis of each requirement; Provide structural solutions to monitor and manage Liquidity and Capital within the organization, including automation of Capital Management reports and processes; Support the team in different locations; Identify business needs and align priorities for reports support; Involve in specific business projects.
Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience : the following will be highly regarded:
Must have an academic background and working level; Masters degree in economics, econometrics, mathematics, finance or business administration or country equivalent in a related discipline; Minimum 5 year of experience in financial service industry, consultancy or audit; Experience in people management; Multitasking and stress resistance; Capable to deal withplex matters; Strong focus on detail; Research and analytical skills; Strongmunicative and interpersonal skills; Excellentmunication skills, both verbal and written (In English); Ability to work independently and also to liaise with other departments; Availability for business trips; and Good knowledge of Microsoft office applications, with advanced MS Excel knowledge.
