General Manager Opportunity

The role of General Manager is a key leadership position that drives the success of our restaurant and bar operations. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, from managing staff to ensuring exceptional customer service.

As General Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our business, working closely with senior leadership to execute business strategies and achieve performance targets. Requirements:
  • 3+ years of General Management experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment
  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, Customer Service, Organisation and Time Management Skills
  • Proven track record in driving profitability and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Operational expertise in managing complex operations, with a focus on efficiency and innovation
  • A passion for team development and mentorship
  • Ability to manage and work within a team, as well as take initiative when needed
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays
  • Computer Literate
