We are seeking an accomplished Culinary Leader to oversee the preparation and presentation of exceptional dining experiences in a 4-star hotel based in Kerry.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Executive Head Chef to deliver outstanding culinary services across all food departments and offerings. This role involves supervising and mentoring a team of chefs, fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and teamwork among kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of various cuisines, food preparation techniques, and modern plating styles.
  • Strong understanding of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
