Personal Lines Specialist - Insurance Broker

Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team of insurance professionals in North Dublin. As a Personal Lines Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert advice to corporate and private clients.

You will proactively engage with existing and new clients, handle broking, placement, processing, and administering tasks. This includes renewals, mid-term adjustments, claims, and new business.

You will also issue renewal documentation, ensure policy retention, and provide motor, home, marine, and travel insurance quotations for new business.

In addition, you will service policies, handle mid-term alterations, and ensure timely payment of premiums. You will achieve personal lines renewal income and new business targets, generate leads for other business lines when possible, and deal with client queries.

As a Personal Lines Specialist, you will manage your own portfolio of clients and adhere to Central Bank regulations at all times.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Personal Lines
  • APA Personal, CIP or Grandfathered and fully CPD compliant
  • Excellent knowledge of Personal Lines Market
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
