Client Service Position Overview

Seeking an Experienced Client Servicer - If you are a skilled individual with experience in personal lines clients and insurance companies, having excellent general knowledge of insurance products, this role offers flexibility to work both virtually and from our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a portfolio of Personal Lines Clients within a dynamic broking environment.
  • Assisting with client renewals from start to finish, dealing with day-to-day client and carrier queries and administrative duties.
  • Reviewing policy wording for compliance and adherence to industry standards.
  • Providing assistance to colleagues across a range of personal lines products.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, underwriters and colleagues through the delivery of exceptional service.
  • Securing and retaining clients by providing market-leading service.
  • Participating in campaigns and sales initiatives to target new clients.
  • Continuously expanding and sharing knowledge and capabilities.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of compliance and adherence to industry best-practice.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of relevant broking experience.
  • Compliance with Central Bank minimum competency requirements.
  • CIP qualification (minimum) with a desire to progress to ACII.
  • Meeting Central Bank Fitness & Probity standards.
  • Evidence of maintaining CPD hours (min 2 year).
  • Desire to improve knowledge across a range of General insurance products.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work with clients, insurers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with ability to work to deadlines.
  • Team player with ability to work on own initiative.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and deliver on objectives.
  • Customer-focused approach with keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft platforms i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
