Operations Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee the effective management of our operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the planning, organization, and supervision of materials to ensure an efficient supply chain.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Understand priorities, delegate tasks, monitor progress, evaluate work quality, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Oversee stock checks, purchase orders, and inventory accuracy; manage goods-in processes; collaborate with suppliers; track and manage in-transit shipments and delivery schedules.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Manage new product introductions, product launches, website product management, tender submissions, project management, pricing, and collation of supporting information.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track KPIs, utilize ERP systems for data management and reporting, participate in daily meetings, identify and resolve product quality issues, and maintain compliance and standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Professionalism with a drive to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • 3rd level qualification or equivalent (preferably Business or Health related).
  • At least two years' experience in a fast-paced customer-focused role.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate between multiple departments.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with logistics and invoice management processes.
  • Proficient in using IT systems and confident using Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Flexible approach to work and adaptable to change with a growing organization.
  • Attention to detail.
