As an Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional operational support and insights to our Client Service Manager and Field Sales Managers.

The ideal candidate will be a champion for company values both internally and externally with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse operational and CRM data to identify process bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions that drive efficiency and SLA improvements.
  • Review KPIs and performance metrics regularly, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with teams to implement performance-boosting solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional workshops to map workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
  • Act as an internal consultant to business systems leads, support system enhancements, specify future-proof requirements, and coordinate user acceptance testing.
  • Manage and support automation initiatives, delivering measurable time savings and process standardisation.
  • Support Client Service Manager with presentations, contracts, and reporting to ensure strong client relationships and performance visibility.
  • Coordinate operational tasks including financial reporting, vendor engagement, purchasing, and field team support.
  • Prepare and distribute client reports and audit summaries in line with contract timelines and quality standards. Organise client and internal meetings/conferences and handle issue resolution for field and client queries, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Present project updates to leadership, negotiate scope changes, and ensure timely, disruption-free rollouts.
