Product Specialist Role Overview

In collaboration with clients, we seek an experienced Product Specialist to support key program initiatives.

  • Develop and execute strategic components of a comprehensive program of work aimed at meeting commercial commitments for a portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
  • Promote product business requirements through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage new product/campaign launches from inception to market launch.
  • Lead the design and implementation of sales and operational processes in conjunction with subject matter experts for new products.
  • Ensure implemented products or processes align with approved designs and deliver expected customer benefits defined during the design approval process.
  • Collaborate with various functions within the group center to develop engaging customer experience enhancing propositions.
  • Contribute to overall strategy and performance by identifying market opportunities, competitive activities/responses, and potential areas of development/improvement on an ongoing basis.
  • Identify market threats and take necessary action to protect base revenue.
  • Maintain effective cross-functional engagement to deliver agreed KPIs.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated success in consistently achieving targets or working to deadlines.
  • Able to manage competing priorities and deliver required outcomes.
  • Commercial acumen with ability to identify commercial opportunities and capitalize through implementing change programs.
  • Detailed knowledge of regulatory and legislative requirements governing product development and operation.
  • Able to lead, track, and drive implementation of change across business areas.

Skillful management of multiple projects with tight deadlines, excellent communication skills, and strong understanding of customer behavior are essential for this role.
