Overview

Head of Commercial Effectiveness
12 Month Contract

Force Executive is proud to be supporting our client in the search for a Head of Commercial Commercial Effectiveness. This is a senior leadership role, responsible for driving commercial performance and market competitiveness through data-driven insights, strategic direction, and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will lead a cross-functional team, build commercial capability across the business, and work closely with senior stakeholders at local, regional, and global level.

Responsibilities
  • Define and deliver commercial strategies informed by analytics and insights
  • Lead performance management, including sales tracking, benchmarking, and KPI reporting
  • Introduce and embed best-in-class business analytics practices
  • Drive launch readiness to ensure successful product and brand roll-outs
  • Strengthen commercial teams' capability in market insights and decision-making
  • Lead performance reviews, planning cycles, and incentive schemes
  • Manage complex, high-impact projects across commercial effectiveness
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Strong background in business analytics
  • Proven track record in defining and implementing commercial strategies
  • Experience leading within commercial effectiveness, strategy, or operations
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage compliance and operational efficiency
  • Experience delivering high-complexity projects
Desirable
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
  • Leadership of diverse teams across functions
