Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Support managers and contract compliance officers to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as meeting organization, minute-taking, documentation following up, record maintenance, filing, diary management, appointment scheduling, communication handling, word processing, spreadsheet management, database management, contract review support, and monthly monitoring assistance.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5 GCSEs (Grade A-C) or equivalent higher educational standard
  • 1 year's administrative/clerical experience or 3 years' experience with good MS Office skills (Excel and Outlook)
