Job Summary:

We are seeking an Administrative Support Officer to join our team in a public sector organisation delivering essential healthcare services across Northern Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organise meetings and take minutes/action notes, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems for contracts, provider insurance, and departmental documentation.
  • Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and handle incoming communications efficiently.
  • Provide general administrative support including word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
  • Support contract review processes and monthly monitoring activities to ensure compliance.
  • Assist with stock control and ordering supplies to meet organisational needs.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external queries, providing excellent customer service.

To be successful in this role, you will need 5 GCSEs (Grade A-C) or equivalent, including English Language and Maths, and 1 year's Administrative/Clerical experience. Alternatively, you will need 3 years' experience and good working knowledge of MS Office.
