Opportunity to work with a large public body in Belfast has arisen. This role involves conducting inspections, surveys, site visits, interviews and research related to the Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO) Licensing Scheme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Validating assigned applications to ensure relevant information and appropriate fees are provided in accordance with the licensing framework.
  • Maintaining technical knowledge of relevant legislation relating to the Houses in Multiple Occupation (Northern Ireland) Act 2016.
  • Assisting with monitoring and taking action on complaints related to anti-social behaviour and environmental quality matters linked to licensed HMO premises.
Requirements:
  • A third level qualification in a relevant field with at least one year's experience of legislative enforcement and application.
  • A full, current driving licence and a car available for business use.

This position offers immediate start and opportunity to work with a large public body on a temporary contract basis.

You will be paid via weekly basis for all hours worked.
