Quality Assurance Specialist

The Quality Assurance Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring operational delivery meets agreed standards and business requirements. Key responsibilities include driving knowledge, skills, and attitude of team members to achieve quality service level agreements (SLAs).

- Job Description -

Monitor and enhance team performance through coaching on quality and market-specific requirements. Support Market Team Leads to educate and develop all team members.

- Essential Skills and Qualifications -

  • Ability to understand principles of quality assurance in the business.
  • Ability to understand impact of quality assurance on delivery.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to drive individual results through coaching.
  • Ability to work with a variety of people from various levels within the organization.

- Required Competencies -

  • Proven track record providing 1:1 support to people with accuracy and empathy.
  • Experience assisting with implementation of complex operational procedures.
  • Track record developing and maintaining expertise on corporate policies and/or community standards.
