Childcare Representative Role

About the Job

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced childcare professional to join our team at a leading provider of ski holidays and childcare services. As a key member, you will be responsible for creating engaging, age-appropriate programs for children aged 6 months to 8 years.

You will ensure that high standards for childcare and health & safety guidelines are always followed, including registration of kids. You will also liaise with suppliers and hoteliers to meet all needs. Your responsibilities include:

  • Creating fun and exciting programs for children.
  • Ensuring kid registration and adherence to health & safety guidelines.
  • Liaising with suppliers and hoteliers.
  • Planning afternoon activities and covering basics like feeding and changing younger children.
  • Daily feedback on children's days, including progression feedback from their ski lessons.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a passion for mountains and experience or interest in skiing, snowboarding, and winter outdoor life.
  • Genuinely loves working with kids and confidently communicates with parents/guardians/suppliers.
  • Hold or can obtain an EU passport and are fully conversational in English; additional languages will be helpful.
  • Is a fun and vibrant personality with the ability to work solo and as part of an international team.
